How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
Say you fill out a request or make a call. Your first contact is with Voyeurava Windows & Siding, the referral service. We ask a few basic questions about your home and your project. Then we connect you with an independent local provider in our network.
That provider is a separate business. Providers do the work. They give the quote, set the schedule and handle the job from start to finish.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, friendly conversation. You may be asked:
- Which town your home is in
- What kind of project you have in mind, windows or siding
- About how many windows are involved (projects start at two or more)
- What time of year you hope to start
There is no pressure on this call. You are gathering information.
What to Ask a Provider
Before you pick anyone, a few questions can save you trouble later:
- Can I get a written quote that lists materials and labor?
- What is your schedule, and how might rain, heat or smoke season change it?
- What window or siding options suit my kind of home, such as a stucco ranch or an older bungalow?
- Do you offer energy efficient windows, and what should I compare?
- How is the old material removed and cleaned up?
- What warranty comes from the manufacturer, and what comes from you?
Write down the answers. Comparing two or three providers is a normal and sensible thing to do.
You Are in Control
You can ask questions, ask for time, or say no. A referral does not lock you into anything. If a provider is not a fit, tell us, and we can look at other options in the network.
Costs vary by job, home and materials, so rely on a written quote rather than a rough guess.
